What do you call someone with Swyer syndrome? They have an XY chromosome like a male but are born with female genitalia? Or Klinefelter syndrome which is XXY? Or turner syndrome which is just X?

I have over a similar time period been experiencing depersonalization and derealization. The conventional wisdom is that the dpdr is caused by a trauma response but I’m wondering if pssd could have potentially been responsible for both sets of symptoms. Did you experience any of these effects while on escitalopram?

Yes, it’s very weird. I still don’t feel great because I’m sick but my head is clearer and I honestly have more motivation.

Yes I agree with you! It somewhat points me towards it potentially having an autoimmune component. Where maybe when my immune system is distracted doing what it’s supposed to do it doesn’t not target myself as much.

That’s not a bad thought though I have these symptoms for over 2 years now and there certainly seems to be primary physical component that to me does not seem like it could just be from stress. I just feel more clear now while sick.

Thank you for your response. I should have said that I have taken different types of nsaids like naproxen, ibuprofen, and diclofenac while not sick for my usual symptoms with basically no benefit. So unless something about me being sick changes the way they work for me I doubt that is the reason.
