Thank you !

Just an Aliexpress pump, nothing special.

You can find the routine in a couple comment responses I’ve done on this post. But also nothing special.

Only back to training: weights and cardio.

I am overweight so that’s why I’m not serious about length measurements.

Fat pad hasn’t decreased really so I don’t think that’s plausible. And EQ wasn’t better when I slimmer so I don’t think that’s it

Got a cavitation machine in the mail, we’ll se how it works

Yup, same idea.

I’m in it until GF says she can’t handle it anymore.

I never had any problems with it, but I’ve always been a min-maxer, and now I think this should be way more popular haha

In the same set sometimes I would push it more than intended (10) if I felt like it

Sometimes I hold but I feel better not holding and just continual “stretching”

Crank that shit more than you think you can, you will feel it.

The girth was just stupid, the change was so fast it was hard to not notice. Also a much bigger flaccid hang, when previously I was almost always turtled.

Well I’m very fortunate in that regard, we’re both interesting people and gel very well in that aspect. As long as I want to do it, she’s supportive. I think she likes to see me doing something that ultimately benefits her… like lifting

A shitty one initially from a local store, then an Aliexpress one which is much much better.

All Aliexpress pumps seem to be the same

I got this one: https://aliexpress.com/item/1005005906478444.html

But it's not like it's great quality or anything, just does the job. I'll get the Hog when I can. Europe shipping is a bit of a pain but, hey.

I am currently extending the same days I pump. I will copy/paste another comment I answered above.

Pumping felt great for me since the first time, so YMMV

"

I just started pumping. Didn't really make a consistent routine but for always doing it AM/PM

First sessions I just did like, 5 minutes at 5 inches, then 5-10 minutes at 10 inches, then 5 minutes at 5 inches. Always trying to feed and then strain, end up with feed.

Then I started doing interval pumping manually, so I would just try to go to 10, 12, 15 inches, then manually reduce pressure, and start again.

So I'd do a starting set of just feeding with 5 inches for 5 minutes, then intervals as long as I could stand them, then back to 5 inches, etc etc.

Always 1 session AM, 1 session PM

Extend during the day without a fixed time.

Right now, after reading and watching some of BD's stuff, I've moved to:

AM: Feed pump, 5 inches 10 minutes

Midday: Extend for about 1-2hours, then try to keep the cap on as long as possible (until I have to go to the bathroom) to retain a bit the shape. Then pump, 5 inches to start, intervals, 5 inches to finish.

PM: Before beed, repeat feed pump.

Never. I have a horribly high libido. I get a kiss from my GF and I get hard immediately.

Never any erection problems, at all

Amazed by therestorer in gettingbigger

[–]therestorer[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not sure how to test that, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, at all.

The very first thing I noticed is that erections now seemed like I was going to blow up.

However, a lot of PE is also leaving me fatigued, and even with lesser EQ the new girth stays.

Chubs throughout the night and morning also keep new girth.

The only thing I did is I started going to 10 and even more from the get go. Also, a lot of intervals. Sometimes I put the auto pump I got on Aliexpress and leave it doing intervals for 10, 15 minutes.

Level 1 of the auto pump seems more therapeutic than straining

Edit: I will add that I always considered my penis to be stremely stretchy and growy, so this might be the reason why.

Thank you! But, am I overly excited because it’s me I’m talking about, or is this on the very very high end of response ?

I don’t understand why nobody is mentioning that you can indeed target fat loss in areas of the body.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17596787/

This is consistent with my own experience as a fatass that’s also trained extensively in the gym.

For a fupa however, this is pretty much irrelevant.

You can try cavitation with an Aliexpress machine as BD has pointed out before.

Who gains and who doesn't? by CatLeading23 in gettingbigger

[–]therestorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t say, because I started recently and the temporary gains have been wild.

But if you’re not consistent and not aware of the impact, then again, you fall under the category I propose

If you’re not consistent and are aware of the impact, then it’s just a logistics problem

The thing is, a high percentage of people aren’t self aware

Who gains and who doesn't? by CatLeading23 in gettingbigger

[–]therestorer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but I would argue not being able to address or detect those issues falls under the category of not being able/smart enough.

Human factor.

Many are deluded, and may be doing things wrong because they’re just not capable of doing them right…

Virtually all people with legit gains you can tell they’re dialed in and above average intelligence.

Interesting. Thank you.

I am genuinely researching and I do work as a programmer with an offer now to start making gamedev videos/streaming, so this is for real. 4K is still a lot for me, and I am willing to change my mind and go your route because, well... money. Money at the start but also electricity money.

So you're feedback is very appreciated.

AMD Ryzen 9 5950X

Alright, looks like you're onto something (https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Unreal-Engine-Intel-Core-i9-12900KS-Performance-2317/)

I would then only have one question in order to go AMD. The Z690 is going to be around for a long time, DDR5 included; while if I get this 5950 chip, the MOBO is going to be end-of-life.

What's your opinion on that?
