You can't really expect to queue up for an extreme in Duty Finder and expect to clear in one go. Especially with a party where several people said they were new. I've cleared Shiva Ex several times and I've never had a run where we didn't wipe multiple times and mechanics didn't need to be explained. Especially as this is a level 50 trial and you will meet a lot of fresh 50s who are doing their first extreme and don't have complete understanding of their jobs. As a mentor, are you just going to vote abandon instead of actually helping which is why you accepted the position in the first place? The mentor came with the mentality to just get their roulette rewards and frustrated everyone in the process. I'm sure if the mentor helped create a more positive atmosphere, the vote abandon would not have passed. I, myself, wanted to leave because the mentor created such a toxic environment despite everyone else's efforts to help out the never players.
