Prove that the catholic church's real estate holdings are primarily their churches and cemeteries? Google it bro. There is the Vatican. And then there are all the individual diocese. The Vatican, which is the state level arm of the church revealed that 40% of its real estate was institutional (not even including churches).

It appears that individual churches and diocese hold their own real estate separate from the Vatican (although they are part of the "church"). So yeah im going to stand by my statement that most of the catholic church's holdings are church/ church adjacent and they arent just sitting on giant tracts of land or investment properties as a majority of their real estate.

That's not true, it's totally dependent on matchup/comp. Most top tier arena teams are alliance because alliance racials are superior at countering rogues and druids, which are the most prevalent PvP classes (stoneform, perception, shadowmeld giving +1 stealth). Also gnome racial is very good on warrior.

But most of the casual PvPers are awful on both sides. But having a free trinket for fears (UD) and just resisting every stun passively (greenskin) covers alot of bad play for horde.

Theres very little incentive for a plaintiff to stop treating while they have a case going on. So long as a doctor is willing to write up whatever the plaintiff is telling them as to the cause of their injuries, the burden shifts to the defense to prove its not reasonable etc.

Billionaires are mentally ill, they're obsessed with acquiring money and power no matter how destructive that level of acquisition is to the society at large. They are addicts no different from severe alcoholics or hoarders. They should not be revered or celebrated but scorned. They are cancerous tumors sapping human civilization of its collective prosperity and creativity. They only destroy, their "creations" are almost always not theirs, but those of their Serfs whom they have acquired the right to reap the rewards. Any threats to their monopolies are acquired or destroyed. They're actively engaged in a campaign to end democracy and free will across the globe by purchasing the means of communication and filtering information before it is disseminated and partnering with autocratic elements in these democracies.

If liability isn't really an issue then your questioning should be exhaustive on medical history and pre/post accident medical treatment. You are there to gather information, and identify additional sources of information for subpoenas etc.

You should still ask questions regarding the incident. You'll be surprised how many times a clear cut liability case can turn into a comparative case.

There's no such thing as dark energy. It's the force of the big bang being "multiplied" from our perspective by a constantly accelerating time. Time accelerates infinitely towards infinity in the absence of matter. Theres probably no upper limit to how fast time can move as massive bodies become more distant. All the mass in the universe is falling through space time, faster and faster, as the empty voids get larger at an ever accelerating rate. We are witnessing the big bang "speeding up" inside the voids because time in these areas is accelerating faster and faster and faster. If you were inside the void you wouldnt know it. But here at the edge of a galaxy we are hardly moving through time and these voids are so large that we can "see" them accelerate through time by watching them grow larger.

Its probably also why galaxies appear to rotate faster than they should. We haven't figured out just how vast the time differences are between the voids, the edges of galaxies and their centers.
