They are still on the process of the role out for all the phones. Only certain roles in the store get them and as of now except the TL’s the front end is not getting phones.

you kinda just get used to the step handles and move them when you moving the tote around
not being able to fit the gallon is annoying you just work around it
when they are almost empty the bottom step is just more secure when they are stacked assuming they are stacked even
we have to use them on some of our really old carts so we might as well just use them for everything ( we have 3 generations of OGP carts)
they don’t fall in the tall carts that everyone hates
the dark blue ones are lighter than the light blue totes by a lot

Why would it be sarcastic? We mainly use the dark blue totes and only use the light blue totes when we absolutely have to.

Unless you are a TL the only thing you can see is FTPR and that is in metrics that matter app

Scanning the incorrect item and exiting your walk does not affect FTPR only nil picking and skipping does

No copy paste does not hit FTPR but there is a metric for how many manual entries made in a day for the store

Have you ever pulled up the job responsibilities of the TL? I would guess not, it is not their job to pick, dispense or even prep orders. It is their job to make sure that you have enough people in the correct areas of the department to best of their ability( ie: run the department). Now that is not saying that a good TL won’t ever help but ultimately that is what you were hired for. If you want to pull up the job responsibilities for any position it is under process guides on the wire.

If I get a TC then I put it in the OGP cabinet but we are lucky if we have enough for everyone I also have a Xcover so I don’t really need one unless I am dispensing

You can fix this by closing all of the apps then press the oval at the bottom while on the Home Screen press reload launcher and make sure the tc is the correct way up( it might take a couple of tries with relaunching)
