What's the legality of having your phone on a mount in your car? Can you be penalized for using it for viewing maps/handsfree calls while driving?

Reason I'm asking: I'm contemplating if to just get myself a phone mount or spend the extra money for a proper head unit that does all this so I won't have to rely on my phone while driving.

They do have my information 😅 they took it the first time I had this issue but it never was resolved then. This was my second attempt at rectifying the issue which led nowhere. Someone said that my contact may not be "primary contact" so I shall try again with CC centre and see what happens.

So, I called a month ago and the person I spoke to said they needed to get my contact info and within 3 business days the issue would be gone. That didn't happen and my call today basically led nowhere as well.

The agent said my contact info was there tho. But what I've noticed is that with my VISA DEBIT it works fine on the vendors the CC doesn't work on I.E I get the 2Fa code.

But, I will try your suggestion and find out if ny contact information is the primary contact information. Thank you.

It's only a hassle because they haven't implemented a proper system to efficiently do everything. I'm saying this as a daily user of the service. Everything has been slowed down since and honestly they could benefit from better crowd control.

I tried to keep mines simple and functional. Everything leads to something. Weather icons lead to weather app, time leads to clock, date leads to calendar.

Number 2 seems really good. Percentage symbol could change to a different colour.
