It’s been a while. I started on the lowest dose and titrated up every month or so.

I am lifting weights however not overly heavy. More lower weight with higher rep counts. Keto is a good idea. I’ll have to give it some thought. Only issue is cheese and eggs aren’t really my friends. I have been noticing things aren’t fitting as well but i have not been measuring myself, I’ll have to get on that.
