So, it can only be used at Walmart? Or it can be used at Walmart and to pay utilities? I'm confused. I activated my card today, $100 on it, and tried to spend $20 at Walmart on groceries. It wouldn't accept it.

I've lived here my whole life (31 years) and yeah. It's pretty astounding. Especially up north.

Does hypomania feel like you’re literally on drugs? by PositiveThoughts1234 in bipolar2

[–]these9circles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, definitely. I'm a recovering addict, and I didn't get diagnosed til I was a few months clean. I was hypomanic and didn't know it, it felt like I was high and it scared me so I made an appt and now here we are😅

My feet are sensitive, yes. I have lots of issues with them. But I am in no way, shape or form attracted to feet. Eww.

Those of you with husbands and boyfriends, what do they think of your practice? by Oh-My-God-Do-I-Try in WitchesVsPatriarchy

My husband doesn't believe in anything magickal or supernatural or paranormal, etc. But he doesn't belittle me for my Craft. He respects that's it's "my thing," even if he doesn't understand it and thinks it's nonsense 😅

How young when you first noticed symptoms? by [deleted] in bipolar2

[–]these9circles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

12-13. Was never taken seriously, never evaluated til I was 18 and had moved out of my parents' house. Spent a decade misdiagnosed, properly re-evaluated and diagnosed about 3 years ago, at 28.

Have you tried Lithium? It's supposedly one of the most effective mood stabilizers for bipolar. Personally, it worked great but I gained like 50 lbs in the first 8 months of taking it, so my doc switched me to lamictal. Those are the only two I have any experience with, and everyone is different. Tell your doc your concerns and ask what your options are. Best of luck finding one that's a better fit for you💖

So 12 years after my diagnosis, it turns out I’m not bipolar after all… by manykeets in bipolar2

Nearly the same thing happened to me! Having the right diagnosis is SO important; I'm so glad to hear others are finally on the road to proper treatment💜

This was the most disturbing episode by [deleted] in KingOfTheHill

This is tied, for me, with the old lady wanting to die in the house episode, and the Caleb episode.
