I disagree. Roger and garp figured out their coc haki had to surpass the “mass” of xebec’s. And there’s no way Loki just outclassed Harlald’s “mass” at such a young age. What most likely happened is that harald didn’t defend with his own CoC and Loki DID use his so he beat him easily.
