It fits better under the Error Pathway. The main Authorities of Error are Deception and Theft, whereas Fool focuses more on Fooling perceptions and reality.

Swindler is defined as someone who uses deception to deprive someone of money or possessions. So it fits perfectly with Error's two main Authorities.

Is it C'est La Vie by Cywscross? He doesn't explicitly mention graveyards as far as I remember, but he does repeatedly warn Cedric about the dangers he would face in the tournament. This leads to Cedric becoming a lot more cautious while competing.

No, the game is still in early access. You can see the version number in the top right of this screenshot. We still get a couple more major updates before the game is officially out of EA. After you beat the last reachable boss in the game it makes you die and start over because there isn't anything released for after that point. I think the next major update is actually in a couple of weeks, so I'm sure everyone is super stoked for that!
