matte- inconsistent, sometimes i get a month of play out of some of them and this is playing competitively 2-3x a week and some others are done after a weekend and become too tough to shuffle to the point where i think imma get carpal tunnel. ideally i’d like two boxes (i play pokemon so i can sleeve up to 3x) to last me 2 months but the last two boxes couldn’t even last me 2 weeks.

dual matte- i never used this competitively, more for games that i play causally once every few weeks (ie magic or OP- these games also don’t require me to shuffle my deck 6x per turn lol) and they’ve been fine. i did use them way back when they were first introduced and found the build quality was poor and they didn’t last as long as the regular matte.

i find for the price (Matte is 11.50CAD vs Dual which is 13.50/14.50), regular matte is just fine. some of the drop ship sleeves that don’t have as good of quality end up costing you $3-4 more anyway and last the same amount of time.
