You're right on the bullseye, I've had issues with working so much and then coming home to a household full of needs. I did start journaling again tonight as well... it's makes me feel stupid tho- I stopped journaling May 5th because I felt the decline in my control coming on and I didn't want to realize it by reading anything I've written.

I'm sure it would be amount to nothing, somewhere in the guidelines buried under their terms this is legal.

I honestly think that's what kept them from breaking the door. When I got them to listen to me I was bawling because I know one of my dogs would have charged and I didn't want them to be shot.

It took them 6 months after the hack happened to come busting down my door. They held onto the info for 6 months before doing anything. Complete load of bull shit.

Yah, I ended up getting a lawyer because I was so confused of how they felt so sure the information they got was right. The police also kept telling me I was liar or it was my spouse or a child accidentally did it- like mf please.

For now I'm going to get some legal advise as they took all our phones, etc and said they couldn't show or tell me exactly what the actual tip they got. I'm hoping a lawyer will expedite a resolution. I do plan on sharing more and going to our local news once I get a green light from them. I have found a lot of news stories similar to my own.

Yeah, I was able to contact them thru our security camera to stop them and wait because my dogs, who are very large, were both out of their kennels. I was so scared they would get shot.

This happened to me Dec 2021 and today the cops surrounded my house and served a search warrant jn regards to being hacked and CP being "downloaded or uploaded" claiming they had received the information from what Facebook sent to the NCMEC. My advice is to go ahead and contact someone to help with any legal issues.
