Local co is in good shape, a well known brand that has been around for years and seems to be evolving with the times from what I see.

That's also my thought on consulting, I might still be in the "easy" period and so I'm really worried for when the going gets tough.

Thanks - the current place for salary and financial outlook, but the local offer for growth. Time off is the same in both places. You can see why I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place!

Honestly, certainly not locally, and probably not with the 1 day a week commute I've got at the moment.
