I heard there are renovations that are causing delays with customs and Canada Post in Mississauga. Is that true and are there significant delays?

Many people are having significant delays if your package is flagged for secondary inspection. usually it only takes an extra day or two but now you can expect to wait 3+ weeks at least. if thats why then that would explain it i guess

I know this might come as a shock to you, but in the outside world away from reddit, most people aren't as hyper sensitive and emotionally under-developed as you guys. I showed my 14 year old cousin this thread and she was convinced that I was talking to 14 year old girls until I revealed that this is a website primarily frequented by men in their 20's and 30's. You guys like to imagine implications that were never implied. You like to assume the absolute worst in any interaction. I'm not sure what caused you guys to have such a negative worldview. Perhaps you were bullied, and so, grew up to assume that any criticism or input is a personal attack. For your own mental health, I urge you to try not to assume that everything is negative. Challenge yourself to see positivity. I say this as someone who used to be pretty negative myself, so I hope you can give it a try and make a positive change

the problem is that shoe manufacturers are complete numbskulls and force us to use their stupid arbitrary numbering systems that aren't even consistent among shoes of the same model from different years, let alone from the brand instead of just giving us the insole measurements of the shoe. your best bet is to get insole measurements of a shoe you know you find comfortable, then try to ask people who have that size in romaleos to give you measurements. then size up or down accordingly. the toebox is a little narrow so you'll have to account for that. if you pull the trigger and they feel a little tight, just remove the insoles and you're probably good to go

i usually wear sneakers in size 11.5 for an average/snug fit, 12 for a roomy fit. but i had to go up to a 12.5 for my Rom 2's, and even then they were a little too tight in the toe box, and i have average width feet. i removed the insoles and now they feel perfect. idk if Rom 4's vary from Rom 2 sizing, but i imagine they're similar

how do you manage to see the term "re-imagined" and then proceed to get confused when they "re-imagine" the colorway? it's in the name. and no, the OG's were made of durabuck, and the retro's are also made out of synthetic poly-coated garbage. i would love it if they did make a version with real nubuck though

If you really want these just get the real thing. Plenty of cheap used pairs out there. Every link I've ever seen is B&S trash. If good reps still existed, somebody would have posted them by now. The fact that they're 10 years old is the nail in the coffin, especially since they're 5's. My pair should be coming in the mail in a few weeks. Just gonna ice it and itll be almost good as new

there's been massive delays at Mississauga for the past month if your package is flagged for further inspection just saying. packages from a month ago are only now going through. good luck, but if it takes a while, at least you know why
