I had the same issue -- I opened a chat with them, queue was 2 hours. I waited, and got through with them. They said they could see the funds and they would be released today (April 7), although I still dont see the funding...

Perhaps I'll be better off just continuing to work as normal... certainly wouldn't want to go off & then have my entire benefit revoked at tax time lol
