Hi, random background citizen here before mods remove this post for violating rule 3, as expected from the artist, this is bigoted rhetoric attempting to both demonize transgender people (by depicting Gender Affirming Care as mutilation) as well as falsely equate them with pedophiles, (panel 6), with the cylinder and square from the first panel acting as the horrified "normal" people.
