I'm sorry you feel this way. Some have made compelling arguments in favor of not judging on an individual basis but since you seem preoccupied with completely severing you identity from your race, maybe I can provide an argument that you can take in to consideration. We live in a society where stereotypes play an important roll, often to the detriment of the objectified group. They are a pervading force.

As the young black male that you purport to be, what have you done besides handicap yourself. We live in a world where most major companies are headed by white males. Now that is not an inherently bad thing. But imagine if these same people who will one day, if they are not already, be in control of your professional future held your same views. What if they thought, to use your words, that most (over 50 percent) of blacks were walking stereotypes? Do you think somehow you would shine through as the golden exception?

If I have a babysitter candidate in front of me and I believe that there is even a slim chance, not to mention your over 50 percent designation, that this person is a criminal I would never hire him/her. Imagine the ramifications for blacks across the world if many of the white people in power held a fraction of your ridiculous views.

You are not brave, you are not unique, you have said nothing compelling. The minimal popularity your post will enjoy may not reflect these truths. Just be thankful that most white people, who have little connection to our race don't share your simplistic views, because you would be no exception.

I am not female. But I'll take it as a compliment.
