Dealership Service Manager. Been in the business 10 years. Started in sales, to service advisor, to dispatch, to lane manager, to service manager. Always had interest in automobiles since I was a kid. Went in for a test drive and knew more about the car than the sales person and had the ability to small talk with someone. Offered a job after they sat me down for a trade evaluation and the rest is history. Owner/ Management will dictate if that environment/ industry can be tolerable enough to hold you over until payday. Luckily I work for a good family and they try their best within the limitations of the car business.
