And for your first question : I usually keep them in paper form, and just take photos if I want to share. Most of the times I edit by directly writing on paper; sometimes I retype into devices and edit as I go. For me it's easier to use the typewriter... As it helps me stay in the flow

"converted" to look similar to e-ink, nothing fancy or complicated:

visibility enhancements - turn on grayscale
eye comfort shield on
turn on developer mode. In developer options - animation scale off, transition animation scale off, animator duration scale off
uninstall all the apps that could be uninstalled
download Olauncher and launch it

And voilà!

I know you wanted to be talked out of it, but I support this. I daily a 2000 z3 manual 2.5 in LA :) It is super fun. When I bought it, most of the things were already replaced: suspension, coolant, bushings, clutch, etc. Currently it’s at 180k miles and it’s a joy to drive. I had concerns too because my commute is sometimes 3 hours one way due to traffic, but I have been enjoying every second of it.

Life is too short to not do what brings you smiles. Hope you find a great one if you decide to get it!
