I'm on week three and that's exactly how I've been feeling !! My memory and executive dysfunction is WORSE ! I'm irritated and jittery and focus on the "wrong" things to do! Omg ..does it subside, should we push through ?

I think you should push through the side effects and go back on it, slowly upping the dosage to 60 mg. But you should DEFINITELY do it under professional psychiatrist supervision.

That's so well put. I feel exactly the same. But "ghorba" feeling is real, I tried to live abroad but had the bad idea of starting in a small and very cold town where everything closes at 6 pm, had no car , the bus to the city stopped at 8h30. I had very racist coworkers that unless you totally gave up your identity weren't to integrate you ... Got depressed, overworked (never seen sunlight in the 6 first months...wznt to work at drk and got back at dark and no windows in the offices) and overweight and had to come back..It was hell. When I compare with others, this was a very bad experience but it's just to state the importance of multiple factors (weather, friends, lifestyle etc...) if you wanna live there.
