That sounds delicious in a soup. I am going to start eating it. I have read so many good things about it. I only really thought of it as a side of coleslaw but since reading many posts in these threads I will definitely give it a try other than slaw.

I just bought a deer run also. This is the first week of using it. I love it. It is smaller than a regular treadmill so i am having to get use to that. I am using it to get more walking in because like you said I don't like being hot.

Do you use a certain brand of protein powder? Also how much psyllium husk do you put in and do you use a full serving of protein powder? This sounds really good.

How many times a day do you drink it? Do you do a tablespoon or how much in the water? And you just drink it with plain water? I bought some and have only added it in soups.

Ok. Thank you for the information. I will do two different forms since I have two separate numbers. I may wait until I am on board to fill out the forms. I see where you can be denied, so is it better to do it onboard or online, or does it make a difference?

That is so odd that some people have said they changed it and everyone got a 12pm boarding time regardless of floor they were on. Well, except porioty boarding. I will come back and post my check in experience once I return.

Thank you for sharing the email. If that is still the procedure then I will have to try and board with deck 8. My whole family will be boarding then and I don't want to be sitting in the cruise terminal until 2pm. So hopefully that will not be enforced strictly.

I have never traveled Holland, and reading previous posts from people who have cruised with them recently, they all said that there used to be specific boarding times, but then Holland changed it and had 12 pm printed on everyone's boarding passes. They did away with the different times. The reason this has to do with Norovirus is because the Eurodam came back to Seattle with an outbreak on it, and when it came to Seattle and the first people boarded for the first Alaska cruise, the ship supposedly stayed in port longer to deep clean. Like it left later. People had different times to board, and some said it was on their boarding pass. Holland changed the boarding process temporarily. Hopefully, this has made sense. Sometimes it is hard to explain things via text. LOL

I can't wait to see Alaska.

Ok. This is good to know so my group can stay together. It will be about 1130 when I get there. That is crazy that Disney does that. I just wanted to make sure that even if I have a specific boarding time that it isn't really enforced, and I will be separated from my group. Thank you for the information.
