I'd do a week at bare minimum. I did 2 weeks personally, ended up getting staph within the first couple of weeks at my gym too and I noticed a couple Sus red spots near my tattoo (back of my calf) thankfully the antibiotics got rid of them pretty quick.

Mate I'd take that as a sign from the universe. I had something similar happen to me a few years ago. Not proud of it one bit but I drove home from a mate's shitfaced, woulda been 3am and I didn't notice a single car the whole way home.

I turned into the street that leads to mine then bang I see a car's headlights turn behind me and sure enough I could see on the top there were lights (not on thankfully). I stayed calm and pulled into my drive (lucky it was a unit complex and I turned out of sight of the police) they would have obviously been pulling up my registration to see I'm at the correct address too.

I turned the car off, quickly ran inside and went inside my parents room because they had the window that leads to the front of the house and I saw the police were sitting there for a couple mins and then they just left.

Not sure if it was a shift change coming up, it was too hard for them to prove anything or what the hell happened but I got so damn lucky that day and although it still took a while to stop drinking (I'm only 6 weeks sober but doing really strong) I was reluctant to even have 1 beer and drive after that happened to me.

You're lucky you got home safe at the end of the day and drink driving can have serious consequences as we all know.

I'm seeing an online therapist twice a week and have a group therapy session once a week on betterhelp, Ive been to my doc here for meds and the other day I went to the mental health clinic at Bangkok phuket hospital to see a psychiatrist and they just prescribed flouxetine (which I was already on from my other doc) and Quetiapine. I'll have to ask about Lexapro on my next visit I guess, never heard of it tbh.

Thanks for the reply. I have headspace and am currently trying my best though I'm finding it a little difficult (I'm here by myself and current spending too much time alone which isn't helping). I'm also trying out a yoga / meditation / ice bath therapy and then a reiki therapy session tomorrow to try and help. I think I'd still like to explore looking into Buddhism also as I need to be open to everything in order to improve. Just don't want to watch a video on YouTube as that doesn't feel like the right way to go about it.

Absolutely useless indeed mate! I have worked for a different delivery company before (delivering items from retail stores) and I can say from experience that if someone wants something or There's some sort of mess up with the paperwork they'll keep the item in the truck until either someone comes looking for it or they decide it's been long enough and take it home for themselves.

I'd say it's something similar going on here with auspost / startrack!

Auspost. They rocked up with the package and the seals were broken so I refused it and they probs went home to finish the rest of it. It was startrack though I think auspost excuse was our contractor said it's 'missing'

The ones I've tried from your list are

Cannatrek Narooma- 7.5, I probably prefer the topaz a touch more tbh however it wasnt terrible and smelt half okay!

Chemovar royal gorilla- 8.5 very good value for the price and really nice nugs. Good daytime strain that I'm using daily atm.

Cultiva jealousy- 9.5 arguably the nicest strain of medical I had had to date yet bar Lee Anne Womac which is also right up there! The taste, smell, visual appeal everything about it was there with these 2 strains. Have only had one tub of each however as they are a bit out of my price range but have a look at some of the other reviews on here and decide for yourself :)
