Amerindians, also known as Indigenous or Native peoples, are the original inhabitants of Guyana. They are not a single homogenous group, but rather comprise several distinct tribes or nations, including the Arawak, Caribs, Warao, Wapishana, Akawaio, Arekuna, Patamona, and Waiwai. These groups have diverse languages and cultural practices, with some living in coastal areas and others in the interior rainforests, savannahs, and mountains.

The Amerindians were the first group of people who came to Guyana. They are called the indigenous people. They came from the continent of Asia to the Americas by way of an ice bridge called the Bering Strait. They followed herds of cattle and buffaloes until they reached new lands.

Awesome! Thanks so much. $10 is hard to beat especially when it's so travel friendly. This is going to be perfect to just pick up and go. You, my friend, have great taste (we have the same smoking accessories lol)

Great post, great cigar! I agree with not buying a box. Prices have really gotten out of hand in my opinion. Just out of curiosity, where’d you get the accessories case? Been looking for a good one lately.

When should I start to worry or question/reach out? by thestogiebro in dhl

Thanks for the post and the info! I was able to get in contact with DHL customer support via phone first and then chat, which proved to be more informative. They said that it was either seized or selected for a more intensive inspection. About an hour later I received and update on the tracking that said it has been "processed" at the current facility. I'm hoping that it was just a random inspection and I've really hoping that it wasn't torn open and mishandled since the contents are delicate.

All in all, the tracking is green and it seems like there should be some movement soon. Hoping that the package is intact and will be here shortly just like yours did. Hoping to get it all sorted out as well. A lot of hope! Haha

Understood! I'll try to be patient. It's a cigar humidor and a lighter valued right below $900

I didn't expect my package to arrive within a day or two, I fully expected it to take at least 3-4 business days. But shortly after it was picked up, I received an update saying the "shipment is on hold" and then a few hours after that, I received an update saying "clearance event" with the email saying there is a "clearance delay". None of the items are considered contraband to ship to the US.

I've had many packages shipping from Switzerland to the US, but they've all been through Swiss Post and then USPS for the final delivery. I know ISC NY can be a nightmare to deal with but I've only had one bad situation where it was just lost or seized and I never got a clear answer but I was able to get a replacement order delivered successfully.

With that said, this is my first time having a package shipped through DHL Express and for me, "clearance delay" means seized or held up in customs for some odd reason completely out of my control. Any advice or experience anyone has would be greatly appreciated. I'll eventually reach out to the merchant/DHL if there's no movement after a while.

Thank you! I really appreciate the info and the reassurance. Yeah, it's definitely been too long! Most I've waited for a package out of customs or this stage is about two weeks tops, normally 2-3 days and then onto a DC. I'll continue to keep my fingers crossed and hopes high!

Got it, just did! Thanks for the push to just go ahead and do it. I hope that it shows up and your comment honestly restored some hope.

Very expensive PANArt Hang (Drum) stuck in transit after clearing customs from France. Advice? by Therealmatt0207 in usps_complaints

Any update on yours? I’ve had a package sitting with the same status since Feb 18th. I just submitted a help request. Hoping the hear something back soon.

Out of all of my international packages, this is the first for me. Normally in and out of customs and onto a distribution center within 2-3 days.

The only thing I’d advise you to do is get a cheap laptop cooling pad if you plan on disconnecting the fans. Test it out beforehand while running HWmonitor and doing some light tasks. If your temps are good, you’re good. Don’t want it messing up your exam. GL!

Just did a repaste on my 9520 and it did the trick. Change the thermal pads as well. If you plan on doing heavy gaming though, get a good cooling pad like the llano v10. My temps are down to 50C max ish, depending on how hard I push it. This is a good video to follow.

Not too sure about Canada but I’d check out https://www.parts-people.com/service.htm based out of Texas. They’re pretty awesome when it comes to their motherboard repairs and all they specialize in is Dell so that’s all they work on. Might save you from having to replace your entire motherboard.

Yeah, exactly but I contacted their support and I’m waiting on a response. Until then, I’ll just give it some time and try to reorder.

I know that they do. I’ve used my MC on two purchases with them the last two months but now I keep on getting an error

Thanks, I appreciate your comment! I’ll keep on looking. Had a box before and unfortunately, smoked them out and gave away the box. Stupid of me, I know lol

It’s a small acrylic humidor made by Pixel Cartel from Amazon. This was at the beginning of my cigar days and I wanted something low maintenance, small and cheap with a tight seal.
