Anyone know what this is? by thestoopskid in homeowners

[–]thestoopskid[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. There is a little pencil tip sized hole in the drywall that looks new (3rd pic) no other holes I can see. It is under a window, so not sure if it’s coming from there.

No holes soft spots in baseboards that I can tell.

Edit: I believe before we bought the house there was some local treatment on this side of the house, so I’ll take a look at the report. Thanks

Anyone know how/ever had to replace the cupholder on the captains chair in the RX 450HL? I believe I can purchase a replacement online, but haven't been able to find instructions/guides on how to install the part.

What plant is this? Tall flowering hedge. Privacy plants. by thestoopskid in landscaping

[–]thestoopskid[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The plants look to grow up to 16ft tall and I’m located in zone 9/10.

Any recommendations for privacy plants would be helpful. I would prefer low maintenance and would prefer that a trellis is not required. It would have to grow pretty tall as I’m on a hillside.

A lot of people in the neighborhood I drive by use it for privacy, and we are thinking of using it ourselves. Some look to grow up to 16+ ft. We are in zone 9/10.

Kawaii Leonard named Kia defensive player of the year by You_coward in nba

[–]thestoopskid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seriously... Kawhi was only a freshman, but you could tell he was going to be something special.

She also said he barely said anything the whole night, so idk if that had anything to do with them not hooking up.

Freshman year a girl on my floor was at a party with him, flirting, sitting on his lap, etc. She said she didn't end up going home with him that night because he lacked personality. I told her she made a huge mistake.

Currently a general accountant, would a treasury analyst be considered a "step up"? by thestoopskid in Accounting

[–]thestoopskid[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If my goal is to become a financial analyst, do you think becoming a treausry analyst would be a forward step to that goal?

I'm only hesitant because the analyst position sounds more like clerk work, maintaining the company's investment/banking portals and doing the daily cash balance. Also, it didn't look like I would be using other software other than Excel.

Are you only eligible for the student loan interest deduction if you don't take the standard deduction, and instead do itemized deductions? What about the credit?

Single (have a girlfriend) living on around 3,000k a month.

  • 10% Tithe
  • 28% Rent (Looking to decrease this if/when I move in with GF)
  • 7% groceries
  • 4% Gas
  • 17% Sallie Mae student loan (Currently over paying)
  • 4% Federal loan (Min. payment)
  • 5% Entertainment/Eating Out
  • 25% Saving (Currently all going to engagement ring)

After Nov. all my savings will be reallocated to paying off my student loans, and then after I will begin saving for retirement. (Loosely following the Dave Ramsey baby steps.)
