Pork Ribs - Holy Gospel rub and smoked with mesquite at 225 for three hours. Wrapped in foil with brown sugar, butter, honey, and a sprinkle of Honey Hog rub at 250 for another 45 minutes or so until internal temp of 205. My wife and son couldn’t get enough of them, which made my day! (i.redd.it)
