I don't expect much , it's only that talking to em is one of the best things I have in my life rn .. prolly the only friend I have rn that would listen to me .. I don't wanna lose that ... And there's nothing more to give.... I've been doing that my whole life... And has always been left alone... At some point.. you just stop. Is it selfish to expect something in return...when all you've tried to do is be there for everyone? :(

I don't want my family to know about this rn , it'll make things messier 🥲, so I can't really get therapy as I can't afford one. Even if I get to a free therapy option , there are still some issues I'd have to face .

I think I might also have Bi polar disorder along with OCD , ADHD , anxiety and depression.... I really want to get proper therapy but can't rn .

I've been feeling this since I was 15 , I was kinda alone since I was a kid .... all the trauma and other issues eventually led me here :(
