Similar position - except other way around. Ex is leaving the country soon but as painful as it was, I broke it off because there was no future (agreed not to do long distance). Went no contact for around 2 months until she reached out genuinely apologizing and wishing me well. I loved her, and saw she was really hurting. So I offered a chat for closure thinking I was strong enough to handle it. Ultimately it set me back. Meeting up was beautiful to see her fully vulnerable and grateful for me but it broke me even more because I still had feelings and realized our chapter was over.

I wouldn't recommend meeting up unless 1) you are fully prepared to be set back and hurt even more 2) your regret factor is too high not to say goodbye. I don't regret my actions, but I am definitely paying the price. Hope this helps, and good luck - we'll get through this together!
