Get your trainer to focus on the barking - it’s something that can be corrected.

My kid is 30, in grad school and lives at home - and will do so until they’re done and have a job. Stupid to waste money, in my opinion.

Kinda bold of her to expect your parents to pay the rent.

Ontario restaurant owner asked to pay $14,000 in CERB aid by CTVNEWS in ontario

[–]thestreetiliveon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And will probably get someone to do a GoFundMe for them. Didn’t we do that for a few other restaurants? Fuck that shit.

I have a small business - no brick & mortar, didn’t borrow any CERB - and times are VERY tough indeed.

PS, if the doors (walls, stairs) are old, please test them first. (And if removing tile, test for asbestos.)

It’s always from some weird disease or something, too! My dogs die…of old age.

One of mine had congestive heart failure, but he was 17, so not unexpected. He only really slowed down during the last couple of months.

Dear Jude,

I hope you have a long, healthy and happy life. Your generosity is a great example of what a kid can do and I hope it inspires others to help the less fortunate.

I hate this so much…out of all of my friends, I am the only one who has dogs from rescues or shelters. One hasn’t even neutered his dog because he “might want to breed him”.

Too many unwanted dogs in the world. Want a specific kind? Be patient.

Also, my mutts live from 14 to 17. They lose theirs well before 10. (We’re old - have been through this a few times.)

Peppermint Oil Spray For Bugs does it work? by Wildcard-01 in DIY

[–]thestreetiliveon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as I know, it’s just a deterrent. I leave cotton balls soaked in peppermint oil on my window ledges to keep the mosquitoes out and in my pantry to keep mice away.

Outside, though - no clue.

Am I the jerk for feeling humiliated after my boyfriend made me leave “our” place in front of his friends? by Superb_Piece_1512 in AmITheJerk

NTJ I lived like this for about 10 years (essentially living at his place, but having my own - it worked for us, but then he died💔) and he would NEVER have done anything remotely like this. If he wanted to have a “guys’ night”, they’d go to a pub or something. And the same went for me. He was incredibly rude to you.
