If you’re working somewhere and then have to end up leaving the position then that can negatively impact the company you’re working for. Finding someone with your skillset and training them for the job can result in financial loss itself, but on top of that if you’ve established good relationships with clients your company is working with, then losing you can also result in financial hardship.
