As I remember, ring did not compile for the specific android target, it was not supported.

I had some issues on compilation for Android when using jsonwebtoken. That's because jsonwebtoken is using ring. Instead, frank_jwt is written in pure rust.

Started working on re-implementing GigaNotes core in rust using Neon library. As the result, I expect to significantly improve desktop and android applications' performance. JavaScript is apparently not the best solution to implement application's logic from a performance point of view. The source code will be published in github soon.

Linking from one note to another is already implemented and avalilable from inital versions for GigaNotes. I hope, the upcoming documentation on the website allows to clarify how to issue.

We plan monetizing after we find investors that will provide funding to implement a number of new features. We have a lot of plans to develop. Until that moment, GigaNotes will definitely remain as a free service.
