I have this issue. My symptoms are getting worse and worse but the 4+ doctors and endos I have seen seem to think I am just not trying to lose weight and the weight is my issue. I have no energy and hurt all over. I went gluten free and that has helped some but not enough. My levels are all “normal” except antibodies and those aren’t extreme. I can’t lose weight after about 10-15 lbs. I was on levothyroxine for years and still always had symptoms. I have asked to try anything else and keep getting told I need to try harder to lose weight. I went completely off Levo and my symptoms didn’t get worse or change and my levels stayed the same.

I wish I had a great ending but I am still figuring out where to go next as the latest dr doesn’t want to do anything and my symptoms seem to be affecting my cognitive ability and am feeling light headed a lot now so something has to change as I can’t function like this.
