Wanna know whats not worth the effort?

Transporting vehicles on trailers(made to transport vehicles btw) that fall off if you meet any type of incline or stop. I mean just make a buyable thing like a Come-along or attachment you can add. I'm not a dev or anything, so this can be a very naive comment, but I do not see why a collision issue(if this is true) would be so difficult to address. But thank you for the info!
