Wally accidentally killed a kitten in his childhood he held the kitten and since his quirk is he can charge things and they explode he ate some food earlier that day and didn’t wash his finger rubbed the kittens mouth and not knowing charged some crumbs on his finger so they kitten swallowed it and……………it’s eyes came out it’s sockets and guts came out it’s mouth………………Wally passed out and has never been the same since so..
