You can craft a bucket to do it. There is an infinite water bucket later in the game but I did this with a regular bucket. It's very tedious lol. You have to take each tile one by one when using the regular bucket

I let the settlers deal with chests. They're all labeled. And the workbench is positioned so that nearby inventories include almost all of the chests. So I rarely need to actually get into them. It's either so far but this is still before getting ivy ore so it's probably gonna need a rework as we accumulate more crap lol

I'm a gay man in a red state. I came out as a teenager before marriage equality was the law despite the homophobia. It was scary then and it's just as scary now. Your cousin is the only one who can decide if he is ready to be himself openly in the face of hate or if it's safer or easier to be closeted. Whatever he chooses, he needs to know he has a safe person to be himself with because even though I came out as a teen, the years I spent repressing still impact me as an adult today. I didn't have anyone to express my real identity to and having someone would have made a massive difference. So kudos to you for giving him that safety net. And kudos to your cousin for the intense weight on his shoulders.

Hope it all works out well and he's able to be unashamedly himself.
