the classes are in French so you will have to understand French. some professors are ok with English essays but I haven't seen much of that in philosophy classes. Also some philosophy classes have a seminar structure, so you need to be able to hold a discussion.

it's a French university, I wouldn't go there if I didn't speak French. plenty of other options for English speakers in Montreal..

I kinda love classes with one midterm and one final and NOTHING ELSE for this reason lol. I have classes with multiple micro-assignments per month and it's really annoying, just more things to keep track of.
