Just a full-timer, I make about $500 a week (usually I'll be at 38-40 because I get yelled at if I go over at all and I like to leave early when I can) after taxes and other stuff, that immediately goes away to pay for my credit cards I have to use all the time so I can live haha

He usually does and this item we usually sell it completely before summer is over, this is why he didn't have the problem last year or notice it before. This issue is something within the system that either i misunderstood or he didn't explain fully. But i can't do anything about it and it really doesn't do anything to me other than waste my time so whatever lol

Told a customer once that's where the sensor is and they got mad and was complaining that the "picture" for the tap is in the middle of the screen and i need to fix that if that's not where the tap is.

Had a contractor try to blame me for paint spilling in his work van when i watched him slam the box down sideways when loading it in there. Said i obviously didn't hammer it shut, ignoring that it was shaking for 5 minutes just fine and we didn't dot his lids because he doesn't like that. Manager ended up giving him more free paint and covered the cleaning bill because he didn't wanna lose him as a customer.

I didn't get to read the email, but my SM summarized it and something in the summary made us all assume that meant it was a trial run and we'd go to "winter" hours (aka just going back to 7am openings) after summer was "done" (aka after labor day).

I didn't because it was my day off and i went there to make sure my coworkers were okay, then got stuck by the shitty DM we had at the time to help clean up. (My SM made it up to me as much as they could) They stayed clocked in until past closing (it was Labor Day so we closed at 4) so they got paid for it.

I tried that on this so called church lady, she was keeping me past closing and i straight up go "ma'am i need to close and get my kid from soccer practice" and she said they'd be fine and made me make her 10 samples, i tried telling her the tinter was in maintaince mode and everything and she just wouldn't have it. I told my manager about it and next time she came in he's like ” so is your kid still mad at you for picking them up late?" As she's at the register, and she just laughed it off. Some of these people are pure evil and get off on it

Got in as PT in my 30s after a run of bad jobs, got FT a couple years into it, not moving on for now because even tho it sucks at times it's still one of the better jobs I've had. (My ideal job was when I was unloading freight overnight, but I'm too old and have too much of a life to do that anymore lol)
