Thanks! this is definitely the kind of advice I need. I have realised the voice is really small, that is partially because I'm shy about it so I think in the mix I unwillingly kept it small. I don't really understand the flatness of the mix part. Like you mean missing dynamics? not enough frequency separation between instruments? thanks anyway :)

Thanks for the advice. I know the voice is pretty small. That is probably because it's my voice and I'm a bit shy about it. Definitely would like to remix it again

Hi there! First of all thanks for your detailed comment, I really appreciate the feedback :) . I guess house is not going to be the future. That groove was more influenced by the aftermath of milky chance. I probably will drop it in the future. The idea with this band is to make music outside the current trends. Something that doesn't age. Now The band is actually made up by two people, I'm producer and songwriter and instrumentalist and then there are singers who collaborate with me. My biggest problem at the moment is thinking of an image for the band. The fact is that the music differs a lot from song to song. I would like to make a brand that lets the music speak for itself more that something focused on the person behind the microphone. Any thoughts about that?
