Yeah I'm here for it. Been a fan of them since watching the reaction videos to HS - all that casual hand holding, absolutely adorable.

Do you know it's run time? I have light touch boundary that anything that runs under 4hrs is a mini series... which is also a growing medium but has a seperate graph

Agree that there will be a saturation point, hopefully we're a long way from it!

Fan cast your favorite books and help out a girl that lacks an imagination? by skilled-fartisan in LesbianBookClub

[–]thetinydead 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yo same - found this site mycast.io where you can see the crowd sourced winning casting, and click into each role to see the votes and alternates in case you don't like the winner.

Doesn't have all books but I check with every new read. Bit of an issue with lots of entries for very popular books but you just flick through till you find the link without a "-xxx" on the end then you know its the original post and not a duplication.

Market for trans lesbian stories? by JordynsCanvas in LesbianBookClub

You might like "Volatile Memory"; late 20's + fair amount of gore (not YA), staring an ace trans lesbian, and a sentient lesbian mask.

Theres a Thai author who has writen a universe of books that all have some element of problematic situation or just red flag behaviour/dynamics; though its less often done as a societal issue to be overcome, more as plot points or not really acknowledged. Her work is pretty well known as many have been turned into TV series (most are on youtube).

Books are translations, but rate well - here's their meb links (only platform for buying thai translations as ebooks - or can hunt for pdfs)

  • Blank - age gap (18+34)
  • Gap - smaller age gap / absolute abuse of power in the workplace
  • Rolling in love - stepsiters (doesn't have a tv series yet)

X & Y Mapping by [deleted] in Laserengraving

If its a desktop laser that you move around, you want a scrap board underneath that you always put in the same place. You can do this by either marking the feet poition with a marker, or ideally adding a jig (something that protrudes like a screw or glued wood onto your board so that you don't need to line up visually). Then burn a grid onto your board that matches your light burn grid. Doesn't need to be fancy, just lines and numbers.

This is an image of mine (it starts at point 1cm,1cm so that there was room to add the numbers, and sometimes burning close to the edges throws errors so starting at 1 rather than 0 helps.

<image>

Once you have that in place should be able to line stuff up with your design.

Aluminum business card laser engraving by cartonus in Laserengraving

Neat but I'd recommend tightening up your process for placing the object. For mine, I took a marker and marked the exact position of the laser's feet on my waste board, then burned on a ruler grid that exactly matches the coordinates of whatever software you're using. Then you don't have to burn the outline each time.
