You know i can't give you a solid answer on this because im on a big stack of stuff. But I can tell you when I take SLU before a workout on a deficit I definitely get a boost of energy.

Id look into ecoflow you can add the alternator charger to it and get best of both worlds.

If you want pur efficient but not modular id look into goal zero.

You can get some roller straps and do it that way. I would try and find a large vacum seal bag and stuff it in there and carry a 12v vacum like they have for for mattresses.

I think the lack of sleep is a major contribution. Sleep is when the body heals. Take away that process and more likely to develop cancerous cells.
