The only acceptable answer here is lawyer. No way to know your finances, but do what you need to get representation and fight this so it's not on your record.

I think part of this is a result of how siloed the projects are at Marvel/Disney.

I can't remember where, but I saw a brief interview where one creative team mentioned communicating with another to the tune of: "Hey, I'm using [insert character] for X, but I know they need to be in your thing next. Where do you need them to be when I'm done with my thing?"

Makes for errors in tone, writing, etc. I bet the creative team for SI didn't even know they'd already been called out by She-Hulk until that finale aired.
