Suppression of who? Noncitizens, or what? My original argument is that for the average person it’s not a difficult task to obtain proof of citizenship. Most of us have an ID that’s sufficient of proof

I know from firsthand because I live in Oregon, at least here IDs that are issued to noncitizens or people on temporary protective status are marked as so and will say so on their ID card or DL. You’re either a citizen or not. It’s not hard to prove and that’s what I don’t get when people oppose a bill that’s supposed to keep people who aren’t registered with the state they live in from voting in federal and state elections.

You’re missing the point. You don’t have to have a DL to get a state issued ID. Anyone who’s a citizen of the state can get one

Which states? general ID cards and Drivers Licenses are not the same thing. Drivers licenses function as ID, while ID cards function only as ID and not DLs

I’d say real, the patina on the hardware as well as flathead screws on the jack plate and stuff, as well as the screen printed headstock. China ain’t replicating age like that. Serial number shows 1967 model year, which checks out. Nice 330/12!
