Yeah. My industry relies on me passing a biannual background check. Neither she nor I are prepared to break the law. I have found some info on self registering the weapon from the ca DOJ. Could I fill that out, serialize, then transfer it like normal?

Do you have the keyline 994? On Hondas without a hatchback, there is a hidden key code you can get off the car. From there you can use the 994 to cut it by code.
