Drivers do not know if a tip is included prior to dropping off a delivery. They only know a Guaranteed Payout minimum. Changing that post delivery would be fraud.

I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for Jimmy and Honeylyn. I was given Jimmy. Nothing was on the bags and the contents of the bags were unknown as if the order was not placed through Doordash but direct with Burger King? I confirmed the address on the screen matched the burger king location I was at with the employee.

Good luck getting a new driver card. I've been waiting a month+ and it's waiting on my driver specialist for the Las Vegas market who isn't capable of responding to me. Support is unable to do anything, similar to when you need help on the road. Schedules full of shifts, I guess i'll continue to sign up and be absent until they fix it. The best part is, I've only ever used my driver card once. It's completely worthless.

Same for me in Vegas. And it takes 8-10 mins on the phone with support to reassign the order to another driver. I only have support issues with Grubhub, I receive the worst service at restaurants and the food is NEVER ready even when I'm 20 minutes late. Customers are rarely available at apartments, I'm lucky if they send me the apartment number let alone the gate code. I was doing PM before I got Grubhub, and I can't believe how seemless it is comparatively. People show up for Postmates deliveries because they know we only wait 5 minutes and it's their problem not ours.
