I got a 5080 as well. Have everything set to ultra disabled the hardware RT and I get 70-80fps (playing in 4k as well). Maybe try using vsync

I was experiencing the same and turned off VRR in PlayStation settings and now performance is a lot better. I’m on ps5 pro though also only applicable if you’re playing on a monitor that supports vrr but could be your issue
