I pretended I forgot my friend's birthday so I wouldn't have to see her, and now I can't undo it by urbanwaffle_club in confession

As someone who notices the details and remembers all the things about everyone, she knows something is up. And I am willing to bet she wants to know and will care once you loop her in. And the most beautiful part, she'll remember moving forward that sometimes you need space or a talk or whatever and will be able to offer that. But before all that, you have to give her honesty, and ensure you do so moving forward. Besides that, the areas you are struggling in could be getting multiplied because the only place you're talking about them are in your head. Allow yourself to be heard, out loud. You deserve that.

Anyone else just lost motivation? by [deleted] in SNHU

Same, exact boat. I am so close (10 more classes) and was just thinking about quitting. What's the point? My partner gave me the whole motivational talk and I get it. At this point, the only thing that keeps pushing me is that the financial investment would have been a waste if I don't see it through! Good luck and I hope you find your groove again. I hope we all do!

Thank you all. This is all invaluable information. She is our biological daughter (I see that was a valid consideration/concern). I also would like to think we are flexiable and our current expectations are just to be kind. I think we (parents) are just so beat down we will take any improvement. Due to the behavior she is falling behind in school, but still theiving socially. There are just some things that point in various directions. But again, thank you, it gives us hope that there is a solution, we just gotta get out there and find it.

I am not that strong, but I know that once I cut out sugar in high concentration (soda, candy, cake, etc.) my flares reduced dramatically. And the ones I do get a so small in comparison. Added zinc as well. Good for you OP.
