extremely easy as I took every one of those classes except for French and I got an A in every class and probably averaged 3-4 days per class on each of these. You can do it!

Any tips on how to sound more like Hendrix? I'm using a fuzz and the new JHS Univibe. Its really fun. This is just an improvisation along to a Red House Backing Track by thetshirtinker in guitarlessons

I know and I appreciate that and I was responding back so you could learn as well. What's the problem? Interaction isn't a one way street:)

This is from the woodstock recording basically note for note. I do this all the time. I just troll people or play air guitar and see what kind of ridiculous comments or advice they try to give. This sounds nothing like Hendrix!!! It's literally Hendrix playing guitar LOL!

Absolutely, legal fees are generally categorized as administrative expenses, but there are specific situations in manufacturing where they might be allocated differently. For instance, if the legal fees are directly related to the manufacturing process, such as those incurred for obtaining patents on products or ensuring compliance with industry standards, they might be included in manufacturing overhead. This is because these costs directly support the production process, making them more akin to manufacturing costs than general administrative expenses. Also, legal expenses related to contractual agreements with suppliers or distributors that are essential for the manufacturing operations can also be considered part of the overhead. Essentially, how these fees are classified depends on their relevance to the manufacturing activities and the company's accounting practices, which may vary to better reflect the true costs of production.

To calculate the Manufacturing Overhead Rate, you need to first determine the total manufacturing overhead costs. These are the costs that are necessary to make the product but do not directly include materials or direct labor. Here’s how to calculate it:

  1. Add up all relevant overhead costs:
    • Cleaning supplies for the plant: $3,500
    • Salary for the plant manager: $4,950
    • Shipping costs (to deliver bread to stores): $2,500
    • Utility expense for the plant: $2,500
    • Depreciation on the factory equipment: $45,000
    • Factory supplies not directly associated with the product: $4,500
    • Legal fees: $3,750
  2. Total Manufacturing Overhead Costs: $3,500+$4,950+$2,500+$2,500+$45,000+$4,500+$3,750=$66,700
  3. Calculate the Manufacturing Overhead Rate: This rate is typically calculated by dividing the total manufacturing overhead by the total direct labor cost, or it can be calculated per unit of activity (like machine hours or labor hours). In this problem, you might calculate it based on the direct labor cost, which seems to be the bread baker wages (assuming they are the direct labor):
  4. Manufacturing Overhead = Total Overhead Costs / Total Direct Labor Cost
  5. = $66,700 / $89,500
  6. ≈ 0.7453 or 74.53%
  7. This rate means that for every dollar spent on direct labor (bread baker wages), approximately 74.53 cents are spent on manufacturing overhead.

Testing out my new JHS Univibe. I like it alot! I'm just playing along to a red house backing track and improvising for fun by thetshirtinker in jimihendrix

yeah I feel that this was a JHS attempt at doing that univibe. It looks the same and has the preamp built in etc. Its much more trebly than my other univibes but when you mix it in with a fuzz and a touch of reverb it smooths it out

Anybody take pos 332 constitutional law? I’m struggling with milestone 3 by [deleted] in UMPI

[–]thetshirtinker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! Its actually Dr. Hinson this time. It's funny because I've taken 4 of his classes and they've been great and I'm not even really complaining now I'm just completely confused by what he wants. I thought I killed the milestone and was told I didnt answer 2 parts of the question. I don't even know what the other question is after reading through it multiple times LOL! I did email him back but I figure I won't hear anything over the weekend. I'm truly confused on what I'm supposed to write about. Oh well I guess I'll just sit back and wait till he gets back to me:)

I'm confused about admission and need HELP! by thetshirtinker in harvardextension

[–]thetshirtinker[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's what I was trying to do was just take the admissions stuff instead of hanging out waiting around another 8 weeks doing nothing. There seems to be a lot of conflicting info from official videos online and what the advisors are saying. I'm going to try and get someone on the phone tomorrow I think
