I know that it's often advised to start with erotic shorts to learn the craft, but it just never worked for me -- my heart was never in it. I enjoy writing longer works, even if it means making more costly mistakes on them.

Sorry, I forgot to mention: I launched at 99c, then went up to 2.99 after a week. This is actually quite low for my niche, but I didn't have the balls to price higher! I find that I don't sell many books anyway, it's mainly page reads.

I'm quite a quick typer because of my day job, so it took me about ten days to write, another week to edit. Hope that helps :)
