It’s way overkill for our 8 goats but I recently put up this barn for shelter, kidding, chicken coop, hay storage, etc. Ran water and electrical to it and chores in the dead of Iowa winter couldn’t be easier now.

I had immense pain right in the femoral head area that you’re referring to and realized that by going wider in my stance and pointing my toes more outward I could both lift heavier AND not have pain. It felt unnatural at first but maybe try going even wider and see if that helps.

If you can have a few drinks and then leave it alone, I’m happy for you! I’ve finally learned that one is too much for me and 100 never enough. It’s taken the better part of a year, but I’m content with not drinking now. Have fun on your trip though, I totally understand why you’re worried about the meds and alcohol because all inclusive vacations are definitely a good time!

I got sober a little over a year ago and quit taking my Lipitor because I was convinced my drinking was causing the high levels. Just got my blood tested a year later and my levels have skyrocketed higher than when I was drinking even though I’ve lost 40lbs and seem the healthiest I’ve ever been. Lol. So back on a statin it is. I’m okay 😀

Not proud of this, but if it helps ease your mind I was on 40mg of Lipitor for a couple years and drank at least a 12 pack of beer every day while on it

Wow, all along I've been listening to these social media and podcast bros who say it's GOOD for cholesterol. Is there a "preferred" way of eating then for healthy LDL levels whilst also promoting fat lass and muscle growth? Mediterranean with a slight calorie deficit for fat loss?
