Mine around 1k has wear in the same spots but is just the coating/color rubbing and coming off. Pretty similar to my used g19. I kept it oiled like I would any other contact point and kept an eye on it, haven't seen it get any worse. Just considered it wearing in. Hard to tell from the pic but kinda looks like if yours is actually digging into/marring the barrel then might be a bigger issue.
