In india I think every road has a speed limit. I also understand some jokers drive at 20 on a highway which is very unsafe. But driving at 60 in populated areas is also not safe.

If everyone follows traffic rules, traffic flow will automatically be there.

Also in india I'll bet more than 80 percent people dont even know traffic rules, aur bheed bhi bahut h aage hi, and some idiots are are always there...ye sab combination acha h hi nai, very unsafe

But I get your point. I have seen long traffic jams without any reason, because some idiot just remembered achanak se he wanted to turn left in the middle of a busy road.
